How Orders Ship
Subscription kits and shop orders are packed with care and sent using standard tracked shipping. Once your order is processed, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details so you can follow your package to your door.

Returns
Returns Made Simple
If something arrives damaged or there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will review the issue and help with a replacement, store credit, or another suitable solution when appropriate.
Because many of our kits include consumable craft materials, opened or used items may not be eligible for return unless they arrived faulty or incorrect. Please include your order number and clear photos if an item was damaged in transit.
